Sheraton Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. The staff, especially David from the engineering team, was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, just a short drive off I-40, and the dining options were good quality with a variety of choices.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were a bit unclean, but they did have a brand new coffee machine with lots of coffee and creamer, which was fantastic. The views from the room overlooking the pool were stunning. The service, although friendly and helpful, had some hiccups when I had to wait in an empty room and was then directed to the bar. The location was convenient as it was close to major roadways and the UNC campus, but it was tucked in a corner near the restaurant entrance. The dining experience offered a decent selection of breakfast items but wasn't as satisfying as expected. Overall, the hotel had its charms.

However, there was a bit of a musty smell that was noticeable, which seemed to be a common issue throughout the hotel. The service was great and accommodating, offering attendees a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. The location provided easy access to nearby towns. The dining options were somewhat limited but still enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
